The Province of Antwerp is on a mission to close the gap between education and the labour market. So, they introduced Hylas — a digital education lab to teach 10 to 14 year-olds about the healthcare and construction sectors. The problem? They looked for a partner to create these hybrid learning environments. That’s where we came in.
We worked on three main components: a 3D game portal, a teachers’ platform and a public website.
The game portal is a digital lab that acts as the main entrance. Here, young teenagers learn about the exciting world of healthcare and construction through interactive gameplay.
The teachers’ platform, myHylas, allows schools and teachers to capture and manage their students’ data. Lastly, the website supports the platform’s marketing and communication efforts.
