Vivaldis Interim is an online platform with 9000+ job opportunities, enabling employers to hire suggested candidates. Vivaldis came to us to help them meet accessibility standards and automate registration and payroll processes for a wide audience.
The existing VivaConnect application often experienced delays. We focused on different flows for employers with various needs, from improved findability and registration on the website, to easy employee management and payroll automation.
Furthermore we conducted comprehensive accessibility checks including contrast checks, simplified timesheet entries and an automated account registration process. By enabling photo ID uploads and AI-driven data extraction, we can meet the various requirements of official documents.
The implementation of these solutions resulted in a significant enhanced platform usability, optimized workflows for different employer needs and reduced manual input leading to time savings.
