Outspot is an e‑commerce platform renowned for its daily offers on great deals. The company wanted to develop a user-friendly mobile application allowing customers to shop on-the-go.
The goal was to create a mobile application that would provide a streamlined shopping experience, allowing users to buy goods in as few steps as possible. It is designed with a less tech-savvy audience in mind, so simplicity and intuitiveness were key.
By conducting usability testing and A/B tests, we developed several patterns to increase conversion.
