ECFS Obesity Solutions provides tailored guidance for patients undergoing obesity treatment. They provide a smooth, seamless process for patients, affiliated hospitals, and surgeons, minimising administrative overhead. They came to us to help them digitise these existing services.
We developed EOS Medical, a mobile app to support patients through their obesity treatment.
It features a secure login integrated with Salesforce, sends personalised notifications to patients about their progress, has a chat feature enabling direct communication with healthcare providers, and an upload option for files and images. What’s more, we also made the app available in multiple languages.
To date, the app has guided more than 300 patients through their treatment journey. Discussions are currently underway to expand its availability to additional hospitals and patient care facilities.
