ECFS Obesity Solutions provides tailored guidance for patients undergoing obesity treatment. They provide a smooth, seamless process for patients, affiliated hospitals, and surgeons, minimising administrative overhead. They came to us to help them digitise these existing services, aiming to enhance patient engagement, improve efficiency and streamline communication.
We developed EOS Medical, a mobile app that supports patients during their obesity treatment with personalized guidance and direct communication with healthcare providers, ensuring a more connected experience.
It features a secure login integrated with Salesforce, sends personalised notifications to patients about their progress, has a chat feature enabling direct communication with healthcare providers and an upload option for files and images. What’s more, we also made the app available in multiple languages to cater to a diverse patient population, improving accessibility for all users.
To date, the app has guided more than 300 patients through their treatment journey. The positive feedback from users highlights the app’s effectiveness in supporting patients on their journey to better health. Discussions are currently underway to expand its availability to additional hospitals and patient care facilities, ensuring broader impact in the future.
